Leading Uranium Discovery in Argentina

Blue Sky Uranium is a Canadian-based exploration company focused on advancing uranium and vanadium projects in Argentina. Its flagship asset, the Amarillo Grande Project in Rio Negro Province, hosts the Ivana deposit—Argentina’s largest NI 43-101 compliant uranium resource.

Strategic Partnership to Advance Ivana Deposit

In March 2025, Blue Sky Uranium announced the formation of a new joint venture company, Ivana Minerales S.A., in partnership with subsidiaries of Corporación América Group. This collaboration aims to advance the Ivana Uranium-Vanadium Deposit through feasibility studies and towards commercial production. Luis Leandro Rivera, former Senior VP of AngloGold Ashanti's Latin American region, has been appointed as General Manager of the joint venture.

Successful Capital Raising Initiatives

To support its development plans, Blue Sky Uranium completed an oversubscribed non-brokered private placement in April 2025, raising a total of CAD $1.65 million. The funds will be utilized for general working capital and to further advance the company's projects.

Updated Preliminary Economic Assessment

In April 2024, the company filed an updated Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA) for the Ivana deposit. The PEA outlines the potential for a low-cost, near-term uranium producer with favorable economics, leveraging surficial uranium-vanadium mineralization and amenability to in-situ recovery methods.

Commitment to Sustainable Development

Blue Sky Uranium emphasizes responsible mining practices and community engagement. The company is a member of the Grosso Group, which has a longstanding presence in Argentina's resource sector, known for fostering strong relationships with local communities and governments.

With strategic partnerships, successful capital raising, and a focus on sustainable development, Blue Sky Uranium is well-positioned to advance its projects and contribute to the growing demand for clean energy sources.
